Putting Our Clients First for 30 Years
Welcome. Thank you for your interest in our firm. You will not see us on a TV ad or a billboard. We do not have any self-proclaimed nicknames, and we will not guarantee you millions of dollars from a small matter. Our firm is built on personal referrals from past clients, physicians, and other attorneys, but we welcome new clients who are seeking professional representation.
Our clients work directly with Terry Rogers, an attorney with over 30 years of experience. At our firm you won’t be dealing with an intake clerk or a marketing manager. Nor will your case be handled by a “claims consultant” as it would at a large law firm. You will be copied on all correspondence and all other communications concerning your case. In short, you will be fully apprised of all developments in your case and you will make all decisions concerning your case - with our assistance and advice.
Our practice focuses on injury accidents and insurance “bad faith” cases. We help people in many types of cases, including bicycle, automobile, motorcycle and pedestrian cases. We have a particular interest in drunk driving and distracted driving cases and we are well-versed in the methods to obtain more than the available insurance. Unfortunately, the details of these cases are not included in a police report. Evidence such as street camera video, cellular records, police body camera footage, and witness interviews require rapid legal action before that evidence is lost or destroyed.
If you would like to discuss your case, please call Terry or email him at tr@rogerslaw.com. We look forward to speaking with you you. Terry Rogers (profile)Attorney at Law
